Amazing experience with Alex! I let out a caravan in Poole and he came out the next day (even on a Sunday!) to diagnose a fault with my shower. Diagnosed and repaired a leaking pipe within 45 minutes and at an affordable price. Highly recommend and will definitely be using again 😊👍🏼
We used Alex to remove and refit our whole bathroom and we are so impressed with the results. He is hard working, professional and very tidy! Would definitely recommend.
Mains pipe burst in the evening, so had to turn water off, Alex came out within 15 mins of phoning him and sorted the pipe and dried up remaining water, yet again great service and good value too, definitely recommend!
Had a blocked toilet which Alex spent an age fixing, he also checked our drains outside and noticed they were blocked in the road so arranged for Wessex Water to come out. Would definitely recommend him.
Would thoroughly recommend this company Alex was friendly, polite and cleaned up well afterwards always a bonus, certainly would use again. Drtysomlu will use him again
Initially was good, however had an issue with shower pump that was installed not working, Alex came out to see if it could be fixed and said he would contact supplier for a new one. That was January and after 3 months I have still not heard anything despite multiple calls, texts, emails. Not even a message to say he is not currently working, I would accept that, life happens. Unacceptable, would not recommend as unreliable.
